Sport Facility in Monas will Be Added

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama revealed that sport facility in Monas and Lapangan Banteng must be added. Thus Jakarta residents can use it to exercise until night.

We can provide them a location for positive activities in Monas and Lapangan Banteng

"Commonly, resident home in a residential is very dense. And children monitoring is low. We can provide them a location for positive activities in Monas and Lapangan Banteng," he expressed, Monday (6/6).

According to him, lighting in sport facility in both areas must also be improved. Thus children can do exercise rather than do negative things like brawling.

Sport Facility in the Flat Added Up

"And toilet must have a shower. So they can also shower for free there. You know, it's not necessarily the condition of the bathroom in their home adequately," he disclosed.

Such way is taken, because there is limitation on use of the Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) until 10 PM. Thus children could use it maximally to do positive activities, like exercise.

"In home, they must take turns sleeping, so they come out. Just play football or basketball in Monas and Lapangan Banteng," he finished.
